Free vs. Team, upgrading, downgrading, and data handling.
What's the difference between Free and Team?
Free is for teams up to 10 engineers and includes every built-in report and the People/Teams comparative views, connected to your GitHub and Jira data. Team lifts the engineer cap and adds the dashboard builder, anomaly detection and the query builder, billed per engineer.
How do I upgrade to Team?
Sign up free, connect a repo, then upgrade from Settings → Billing inside the app whenever you're ready. It's self-serve, no sales call required.
Can we cancel or downgrade?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You'll keep Team access through the rest of your current billing period, then your org drops back to Free (capped at 10 engineers).
Do you train models on our data?
No models are trained on your data. Anomaly detection runs on fixed rules, not machine learning. If you connect an external AI tool via the MCP server (Enterprise), it runs on your own subscription — not something GnomeMetrics operates.
