Dashboards are for the view you check often, not the one you dig into once. Arrange stat tiles, trend lines and charts into a named, drag-and-resize layout — build one for an exec update and another for a single team's stand-up.
Building one
From Dashboards → New Dashboard, add tiles one at a time. Each tile is backed by a live query (the same engine behind the query builder), so a dashboard reflects current data every time it's opened — nothing is a static snapshot.
Sharing
Share a dashboard with specific people, a team, or your whole org. Shared viewers see it filtered to whatever their own role allows — see roles and permissions for how that scoping works. A director sharing a "Q4 calibration" dashboard with every EM, for example, means each EM automatically sees only their own team's numbers on it.
