Connecting GitHub
Install the GitHub App and pick which repos to sync.
Install the GitHub App
From Settings → Integrations → GitHub, click Connect GitHub and install the GnomeMetrics GitHub App on your organization or a subset of repos.
You don't need to be a GitHub org owner to install the app on your own repos, but org-wide installs typically go through whoever administers your GitHub organization.
What gets synced
Once connected, GnomeMetrics backfills commit, pull request, review and CI run history for every selected repo, then keeps syncing via webhooks plus a 15-minute polling backstop. Backfill depth and progress are shown per-repo on the integrations page.
Adding or removing repos later
Return to Settings → Integrations → GitHub at any time to add newly created repos or revoke access to ones you no longer want tracked. Revoking a repo stops new syncs but doesn't delete historical data already ingested — delete the repo's data explicitly if you need that.
